Copy case attachment information to custom fields

Hello All, I have an urgent need to copy few information on case attachment to a custom object's fields, For example there is a lease pdf attached in case record, PDF contains lease date, lessor's county etc, I have another custom object Lease Records with fields lease date, attachment id, county. I want to copy PDF content into those custom fields.

Has anybody done that before. Please help.
