Unable to find Identity Header in aloha Template (sandbox)?

I have created community in sandbox on aloha template. But I am unable to find component called Identity Header in components section, which actually provides login detail and app Launcher though i am able to find in salesforce developer org (free edition)Is it somehow a bug or do I have to make some other configurations to see it here?
