Lightning Experience Rollout Specialist Superbadge Step 1 Error

Hello, all  I am trying to solve this superbadge but I am getting this error in Step1 please help me to solve this superbadge 

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.QueryException: List has more than 1 row for assignment to SObject
Awaiting For Response Need Help

Hello Priyanka,

Thanks for your reply I have completed the prerequisite badges for this superbadge i.e. Lightning Experience user interface, Lightning Experience rollout best practices, Lightning Experience reports and dashboards, Lightning Experience sales and service features, Lightning Experience Home, record, and app page customization but I am stuck in this Challenge 1:- Evaluate Lusso’s Org with the Readiness Check, Optimizer, and a Short Pilot. can you please guide me if I am missing anything.

Let me wait for some other person to reply if he/ she gives the same solution then I will go with this step of trying this challenge with new playground because in this case, i have to go with all the badges again which will be much time to consuming and rework.

Hi Paras,

No you don't need to do again with all badges if you are using new Playground. Again you can wait if anybody give you any different wayout for the same.

Hello all,
i have completed this superbadge by taking the new playground there was problem with the existing playground due to which i was unable to complete the superbadge even though i was performing the right steps.

I've got an issue at step 1 : Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
Didn't find a user named Paloma Espinoza. This user must be assigned to the Salesforce Platform user license and the Standard Platform User profile. 
Could you help me ?

I am stuck on the assign permission set to Paloma too.. you can't assign that one to her.. with her having that type of license.. #Stuck :(
