Error on line 23 - Expecting a right parenthesis, found '0'

Hello, 

I cannot find the  solution to the above mentioned issue, could you possibly have a look on line 23 and let me know you can see the flaw in my code?

Line 23 is right, try below..?

I suspect, you need to close the "}" after the line 23 instead of line 17
