we have a Salesforce for Outlook and Contact doesn't sync to Salesforce if State and Country values don't match. Did anybody experienced this problem? How did you get Salesforce country and state values into Outlook Exchange

We had a similar issue with another integration. If the State-Country in data are mismatching, we fixed the data and added a Before insert trigger to make sure all new data only had correct States.
