Yes, you are right, to obtain the username and password for first you need to have a commerce cloud login.You have to check with the accounts executive of your company who manages all these stuff.Accounts executive is the right person who can get you the commerce cloud account and its username/password.

I needed some information on how to obtain commerce cloud login credentials. We are new with salesforce and would like to use its features for development. Also how to Obtain Xchange community username and password.Do we need to register as a company on salesforce ? Please provide us with relevant information.
