Quote Template; template headers by salesforce steelbrick cpq

1) the current quote headers are universal for each of the templates. europe requires unique headers for each of the languages/region.  Dynamically render template headers based on language/region like french ,dutch,uk english etc

You can translate based on languages via localizations-

I would pull the "translate button" to the layout for your Line columns, and you can define translated values for the Headers there.
