Converting total days into Years and Months

I am trying to create a formula to convert total number of days into years and months. But can't seem to get that to work. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to do this?

Of course the static one is weeks (always 7 days) so that one would be relatively easy.

Its a bit difficult as there is not a set definition of the number of days in a month (or year for that matter) as it could be 28, 30 or 31.

Hi Barry, Good point. I was also thinking about how I would also handle the leap year issue. I really like to meet HR's needs but this time they are just going to have pull out the calculator..lol Thanks for the input.
