The challenge is telling me to change this report to a 'pie chart', however, I don't see a 'pie chart' option. Pic below. Can someone tell me what to do

Pie Charts are currently not supported in Lightning.

What challenge are you talking about? Is it designed for Classic Only?

I had the same issue - you have to switch to Classic - there you can switch to Pie Chart and the challenge works!

I switched to classic and converted to the pie chart. However, when I go back to the dashboard, it's still the donut chart.

You are right Geoffery.
Since Pie Charts are currently not supported in Lightning, the Pie Charts created in Classic are displayed as Donut Chart in Lightning.

It does not display as a donut chart in classic. That’s why I️ can’t get past this challenge.
