Trailhead Challenge:: Track Field Service

Hi, me again....   :/
My org seems to be 'hanging' after the create PDF click....see below.

Challenge is not completing with an error message of:  Could not find a completed Service Appointment with the Description of 'Drill'
I can see the completed SA with the required description. Any assistance appreciated.  MT

Hi,
have You created Work Order with Subject "Drill Cable Holes" by following the steps that are given in Challange?
 When You will create a work Order then it will automatically create a Service Appointment with same subject as in Work Order

Is there a resolution to this? I ran into the same problem but I did create a Work Order with Subject "Drill Cable Holes."  In fact, I even tried to launch a "stardard report" from the Case and the screen just hangs as described above... Why is this happeneing?  My error message just says:
Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
Could not find a service report for the work order line item.

However, I have the template but it doesn't allow me to create the report, even a standard report would not launch... The screen just hangs... Kindly advise...
