Build a Community with Knowledge>Chat Enable and Configure Lightning Knowledge
In this exercise, I have edited my user record so that I am a Knowledge User, but when I enter "Knowledge Settings" into the quick find field, it does not return any results. I have checked this in two different Trailhead Playgrounds, my dev org and my company's org. Is there an intermediate step between editing my record and Enabling Salesforce Knowledge?
