Hey I was getting this error when I was doing a trailhead module, can someone help?

This happens quite often, when people have done some development in their DEV org for some practice purpose and while following the trailheads, that earlier work becomes some kinda hurdle. If you have messed up with your dev org a lot, it is recommended better to use a trailhead playground or use a fresh DEV org.
If you still face the error, please mail to trailhead.
