Opportunity History Trend Reporting

Currently the Opportunity reports tracks few standard fields in the history trend reporting. So how can I add additional custom fields for tracking the history trends.

Thanks Rahul, I have already enabled History tracking of a particular custom field in 5 months back and now If I add this field in enable History trend report does that comes in the History trend report?
