Extracting approval process logic from SFDC

Hello Everyone.

I hope you all doing well.

I would like to know if it is possible in SFDC to extract the logic of Approval Processes or Validation rules or workflow rules and save it in some documents?

Any suggestion or help would be appreciated.

You can extract approval processes or validation rules using ANT. Need to prepare the package.xml and provide the member names do the extract it will give you .xml file with meta data.
