Inline edit is disabled

Hi,
 one list view the Inline edit is disabled and comment is : to edit filter by one record type ??! 
there is no logic filter in the list , and I have all permisions to edit !

yes, I think the problem on record type consideration .
How to Know the  record type for the list !
also the select box is not appear .

For inline editing on the list views, you must have to filter the list view with one record type.

NOTE: If you don't have any record type on the object, then create a Master record type and filter the list view with record type.

For this edit the list view and select record type field and you don't want to use any record type just don't pick the value and save it.

Hi Nishar, as Waqar mentioned above, you need to have records of one record type in the list.
When I created record type, the inline editing became available.
