lightning console vs lightning service cloud console, what the difference?
Hi guys, can someone tell me what the difference between custom lightning console which you can creat manually in lightning and service cloud lightning console? It seems like I can put all the things from service console in my custom and dont't spend a lot of time on it, so i don't understand what the essential difference between them and why do we need service lightning console along with custom, or maybe I'm missing something? Thanks in advance.
Well, both are user interfaces, Lightning is the new UI/UX plus component framework that Salesforce will be using in the foreseeable future. The Console is a UI to allow service agents access to multiple data streams in a single view while making it easier for them to do the things they need to do without having to jump around to multiple screens.

All this explonations seems to me to be very high lavel.
I have already investigated this issue for myself and found out the following:
Both service lightning and custom lightning consoles are apps which can be custimized the same. the only difference is that lightning console you need to create manualy,
(https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/projects/migrate-a-classic-app-to-lightning-experience-with-declarative-tools/steps/create-a-lightning-console-app ) and service lightning console is supplied with service cloud by default with tabs, components which are already set up. But in custom console i can put the same, i mean customize it in the same way.
My only consern now- is omni channel and live agent also wark in custom console, or custom and service consoles have different functionality avaliable? Its not pretty clear in docs.
