Within the Service Console App, you can have a Case (and Contact, Account) auto created once a chat is accepted. See Attached Screenshot for your reference.
Unfortunately, what you are asking is purely not possible as of now. There is an idea which is active on the success community with a similar discussion which for which you can upvote so that it gets available in the mere future.
