I can't find "Customer Portal Settings" in my quick find. Can't finish the module.

I get the message, "No matching items found" when I enter "Customer Portal" in the Quick Find under Settings.

Customer Portal Settings will only show up in the quickfind if you're using Salesforce Classic.

I would think that you would need to have the appropriate Portal type licenses available in your Org as well for to appear. I don't see it in Classic and assume that's the reason? If so, this would also apply the invisitbily of "All Internal users" in group as well since there are no external ones.

Hi folks,
For new orgs you will not get customer portal. In new experience cloud, you will get everything in digital experience. Now portal id can be referred to the network id of your community site url.
