How to show record type selection in partner community portal

Hi
When I am creating the new Case using 'New Case' global  action form Community portal login,It is not showing  up the record type selection page.
How can I achive it..?

Hi Tarun,

Sorry for this issue you are encountering.

I have faced a similar issue in the past and I'm an admin having access to all record types. I think the issue was that the "Master" case record type was selected in the global action. When I created two separate global actions (for each case record type) I was able to find them in the Community Builder.
