Could not find notification on dashboard

I have created the notification but still getting the challenge not completed error.

I got the same problem with other challenge also..

Facing same problem...I can see notification on the dashboard but sill getting message as:- 
"Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:  Could not find notification on dashboard. Please check the requirements again."

My issue just got solved. I removed the Number Widget from the name of "Lost Opportunity Number Widget" and saved the noftification just as "Lost Opportunity".

@Gowri did you change the name of the widget on the dashboard or the alert?

@Keith Mescha, I canged the notification name on the widget which appears when we click on lost opportunity to set the notification.User-added image

I changed the name of the widget to - Lost Opportunities Number Widget, and it worked!
