how to change the from E-mail address while sending a mail
Hi I have created an e-mail alert using work-flow which sends the email as soon as the condition is satisfied, But I have to change the from address through which e-mail has been sent
If you need to set up An Organization-Wide Address, From Setup > Email Administration > Organization-Wide Addresses
Once the Organization-Wide Email Addresses is been created and a verification mail will be sent to your mentioned email id.
Once the email id is been verified you can find the email id in the From Email Address dropdown list on your workflow.

On email alerts, we can set the From email address as one of the following:
- Current User's email address - This is the user that caused the workflow rule to fire.
- Default Workflow User's email address - The Default Workflow User is specified here: From Setup > Create > Workflow & Approvals > Process Automation Settings
- An Organization-Wide Address - These are listed here: From Setup > Email Administration > Organization-Wide Addresses
In order to use a company email address, it must first be created as an Organization-Wide Address and verified.NOTE: An Organization-Wide Address will not be available until the confirmation email has been verified.

The From Address can be either
- The default workflow user email adress (or)
- A previously configured and verified organization-wide address.
So, If you want to change the "From Address"...You need to set Set Up Organization-Wide Email Addresses, Which you can do by following the steps from this link (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=emailadmin_manage_orgwide_email_addresses.htm&language=en_US&type=0).
After you set up this address, you can select this address from dropdown list whenever you create a new Email Alert for Workflow Rules.
If you select Make this the default From email address for this object's email alerts, this email address overrides the From Email Address for all email alerts associated with that object. You can still customize individual email alerts to use a different From Email Address.
