If User A & User B have same profile and I dont want to display one field to each one of them. What is the correct way ?

Hi Ram,

To achieve this, you need to create two Permission Set:
1. PermissionSet_A
2. PermissionSet_B

Do not provide FLS on profile level, and add fls in Permission set for particular field to be displayed to user.
