Is there a command line option / version of salesforce import wizard/dataloader (io or not) that can be scripted from MS-DOS or CMD.exe (whatever microsoft calls it now). I saw that dataloader does have a command line option for windows but it does not specify how it can be scripted. Please help!
To be clear, I am not a developer, my dev team at work is asking these questions as we prepare to migrate our legacy tickets in to SF cases. Any help or knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
