omni-channel widget

Hi
i am making the trailhead "start routing with onmi-channel". For me i have properly done all the set up and i don't see the omni-channel widget
Who can help me ?

Hello Valerie Assous,
First choose Omni-channel App from App dropdown which is located on right side upper part. Omni-channel widget located on the right side below. Click Omni-channel, then Omni-channel widget open.
