NightFox Error while saving Milestone from service Console - not via Apex
Please Help,
Though the Action completion Date/time is not exceed the target Date/time, this is error message is shown while updating the milestone.
Please share your thoughts.
Can you check the entitlement exit criteria ? The entitlement process of your entitlement has a "Record exits the process" field that decides when to unbind the entitlement from the case. Your case would have already met this condition which makes the entitlement not relevant anymore. The problem is not in your case milestone.
