Richa Gupta Automatic scheduling of Service Appointments in Field Service Lightning
Our client requirement is to automatically schedule Service Appointments without any user intervention. May be some kind of batch run every 5 min to query all SAs and schedule them.
I tried the batch options that are available in the Field Service Admin setup but not sure about their purpose, they arent scheduling the SAs
