Hi Srini,

Can You Be More specific on "Remove credit card details from incoming email " So that we can understand in a better way and work accordingly?

Best Regards

Hi Rahul,
Thanks for your reply,

Customer should not send any creditcard details(Credit card number and etc..), but some time they send their credit card details in emails and we don't want to have their creditcard details in emails. now we do edit incoming email manually and delete credit card details if there is any .To automate this process, when ever customers sends creditcard details in incoming emails to salesforce we want to mask those details.

Thanks,

We built a (slightly cheaper) app called PCIFY:

There's a 14-day free trial so give it a shot and see if it works for your org

For anyone still looking to solve this issue, we recently released DataMask 2.2, which also includes Einstein Bot support and advanced masking logic (including look behind inclusions).  Check us out at: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000ErAUSUA3
