I want to save scanned copy's of the patients to their records (Id's) in their custom
objects.
Like this I want to choose the scanned images into thier ID and after submitting the data the saved image will be dispalyed as follow

You can craete ritch text field . it will allow image files .

By using rich text only I saved the Image but my question is by using inputfile type is it possible to save the same image as rich text area?
