OAuth Error

Hi, when my user access into Salesforce, OAuth Error coming out. Do you know how to advise the user get access into the page again? Thanks.

Usually, such error goes away if you delete your cache and cookies and try again.

Bump. I also have some users experiencing this issue. It is impossible to reproduce consistently.
Is there a way to consistently fix this issuenot involving asking the user to clear cache/cookies?
