Downloading Attachment Files

We have a object with 200,000 records in it and each contains a attached file.
We need to download attachements of 500 identified records.
What is the best approach for this ?

AmWe - the Data Export functionality will allow you to download attachments.

Make sure to select Include images, documents, and attachments as a setting; full step-by-steps in the link below:

Thanks for the reply. Data Export doesn't allow to filter before downloading. have to download whole 200000 and then filter

That's correct; it's manual and sometimes can be very time consuming even to extract the .zip files.

If you want to download all the attachments for certain records, I came across the newly developed app in AppExchange where you can download almost any Attachment or File under one or multiple records all at once. The App also supports the download Static Resource & Documents too.
It is very easy to use and understand and also save lots of time.
