Hello Everyone,
I recently placed in one firm as Salesforce Consultant and I’m new to Salesforce.
in my company they wanted to implement "Workforce Management" WFM and for that they wanted to purchase Salesforce AppExchange named "Aria".
Can anyone please tell me on
1. What is Workforce management?
2. For what they will Use this?
3. How can we work in it?
4. Did anyone ever work on Aria WFM?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks in Advance,
Thanks,
Nagendra

Workforce Management (WFM):Workforce management (WFM) software is an umbrella term for desktop and mobile programs that help a business manage staff scheduling. The term originated in contact centers and other service businesses that employ a large number of workers who are paid on an hourly basis.
Workforce Management used for: It is an integrated set of processes that an institution uses to optimize the productivity of its employees on the individual, departmental and entity-wide levels.
(WFM) encompasses: All the activities needed to maintain a productive workforce. Under the umbrella of human resource management, WFM is sometimes referred to as HRMS systems, or Workforce Asset Management (WAM), or part of ERP systems.
Aria Workforce Management:Aria’s Workforce Management (WFM) Adapter provides seamless integration between Salesforce Service Cloud and WFM systems. Now contact center and other Salesforce users can be managed by the same WFM system that is used for customer service agents.
