Thanks Soni for you reply. I have lalready followed these steps. Since my org is years old, I couldn't find 'Manage Encrypted Keys' option in my permission set. Also I couldn't find 'Platform Encryption' option in my setup. Can you please let me know, how to enable it for old orgs?
