How to find a org is service cloud or sales cloud??

Hi,

How to see wheter an application is sales cloud or service cloud??

The Case Object overview will tell you if it is Service Cloud. By having Service Cloud, Case object gets special layouts (including consoles). If it is plain Case Object (similar to other objects), then it will be Sales Cloud. This one should help you identify right away.

well ... it's neither! the org does not differ between sales and service cloud - what matters is the license used by a user.
Sales cloud requires a 'salesforce' user license. Service reuires a 'Service Cloud' feature license. check setup>compny information to see what licenses you have available in the org. Check individual user records to see whihc licenses they are using.
