Hi krishhReddy. 

It could be that the Unique Name "onemonth" is already used? 
I tried the same setup as what you have on your screenshot and it accepted the formula.
Successfully saved & ran the flow.
Nov. 9 2016 is the calculated closedate in my newly created opportunities page.

Hi After going through the all the steps and not getting any errors I ran the New Company Flow only to reecive this error. Please advise as the video on youtube shows the entered infomation the accounts, contacts etc.:
