Viktor Baumann Chatter Basics - Approving Records from the Feed ERROR
Hi,
I am doing the trail which is described in the Topic. I finished everything correct (I compare with a colleague). I can't complete the challenge. Every time there is the following Error message:
Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.DmlException: Process failed. First exception on row 0; first error: NO_APPLICABLE_PROCESS, No applicable approval process was found.: []

Please check below points.
1.There should be no entry criteria.
2.Please ensure you are picking up the correct object 'Case' in this case while creating approval process. By default if it does not picks.
3.approvals are enabled in Chatter Settings, feed tracking is enabled for the 'Case' object.
4.the name for the approval process is 'Case Escalation'.
If you are correct with above points and still not able to complete challenge then
Can you please double check that your Developer Edition Org does not have any namespaces setup in it? Trailhead does not support namespaced DE Orgs, and so if you have a namespace registered for the DE Org, you'll need to sign up for a new one and complete this project there. This error should go away.
If you wish to have the points/badges in same Trailhead account, then you have the option to work on.
Initially login to trailhead profile where you need to have the points/badges and then connect to the DE account where you will work on that particular challenge. Finally, click on "Verify" at the bottom of the page to complete your challenge. For reference, please check the below link
