Probability is greater than 30% issue in Modify reports for others trailhead

I get th following error "The 'Key Accounts' report does appear to be filtered to show only records where the Probability is greater than 30%.'

But according to my report I do.

Any ideas?my settings

You need to addd a filter to pass this trailhead.  See photo.

Thank you Michael, I was stuck for the exact same reason!
Doesn't seems logical when you can filter without actually adding a filter, I guess that's the downside of automated Challenge verification...
