Does LiveAgent Support Chatbots?

Hello,

Business unit are asking me if Live Agent can support chat bots. Scenario is that i can fetch my own information through live agent via keywords without any or little intervention from Customer Contact Support.

Is that capability possible?

I don't think its possible using live agent for now, that is completely based on salesforce future releases. But i would recomond you use lightning utlity bar components for quick search or SOQL results or doing DML operations like ChatBot...

You can certainly create your own by customising the LiveAgent launch and have the chat bot running before being redirected to a human.
