Profile and Field Level Security

Hi guys,
What is Exactly Difference between Profile and Filed Level Security?

Hi,
Profile level security determines the object access  a particular profile has. The user assigned to that paricular profile will be able to view only those objects to which the profile has permission to access. Whereas acces to field is controled through field level security.
