How to access "Einstein" based configuration settings & features in a developer org. or in a sandbox?

Hi Guys, I want to access "Einstein" based configuration settings and related features in one of my developer org. or in a sandbox. Can someone please suggest me the next steps or share more details here?

yes we have to contact salesforce..That how i heard news about einstein from salesforce peoples

Einstein is not available with developer org. Salesforce Einstein is available through Salesforce cloud products(Sale, Service Etc). Please contact your account executive for pricing.

If any org. which is already having full license with it. Even then they have to reach out to Salesforce for enabling this feature?
