Account validation rule preventing a Ownership Change on an account

Hi,
We have one account (IBM), the ownership cann't be change by anyone, incluidng System Admin.
How can I restrict?

You need a validation rule with this error condition formula.

ISCHANGED(OwnerId)

Hi,

I believe that you need this validation only for a specific account. So your formula will be like this.
  
AND(
Name = "IBM",
ISCHANGED(OwnerId)
)

If that works kindly mark an asnwer so that we can close this thread.
