Picklist Update If A Particular Email Template Has Been Added To The Record

Is there a way that I can update a picklist field if a particular email template has been added to a record?

Hi Virendra,

I am building out Entitlements and Milestones. One of my Milestone Criteria is that a particular email "First Response" nees to be sent to the client within a certain timeframe. When that email is sent, I would like the Status field to update to reflect this, so that the Milestone will show as being met.
