While developing using Dotnet,How do I save data into Sales Force with out using community license?

I am a dotnet developer and would like to have some more information on saving data into SalesForce without using community licenses. One disadvantage of using a single point integration is that all of the activities being tracked only with the single user and none of the user level changes are tracked. Could somebody kindly advice.
