I cannot take trailhead challenges anymore

Today I have tried to take challenges in two modules but it does not work. I perform the excercise but then the Challenge evaluation does not work even if I am logged in in the Developper Edition.

I too have same issue when tried to take my superbadges challange... even after logging in, it is taking to the homepage and again prompting to login.... Salesforce team.... can you please share your comments. Thanks.
