Not able to Close Page if Action was not performed

Hi,

How can I put an error in the screen if a lead is opened and then closed without performing the tasks needed?

Maybe you understand it better like this.

As you can see that lead os opened. Imagine that I don't call and I don't change the status. I don't want the page to be able to be closed. How can we do that?
