Converting and Assigning Leads Challenge

have just completed the Challenge for the module Converting and Assigning Leads. I am sure I have done it correctly, however I still get an error window stating, Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
'Betty Nguyen' is not a lead or was not created with the correct fields. Is it me or the system?

Hi Raj Dev,

Please check your spellings if you have given the proper names as in module.I would suggest you copy paste all the names as trailhead is very particular about this.

Please refer below screenshot and see if you have done the same thing.

Somehow, I did the same process as I did yesterday and this time it worked and I got my 500 points. Very strange. Thanks for your help though.
