How to login test.salesforce.com after install Apps from AppExchange?

After install Apps from AppExchange, pop up window of url https://test.salesforce.com, asking for Username and Password. Couldn't login.

First you need to login through a production/developer org credentials.

I login first, then I can access the AppExchange and install Apps. The problem is after installing the selected App. It pops up another login window, and I cannot login this window.

Hey, which App are you using ? Is it a free app? Then I can give it a try.

Fast Forms, and I tried several other free Apps. But always pop up the test.salesforce.com login window after installation, and couldn't login.
