issue in login in salesforce developer community

Issue in login in salesforce developer community...Site is redirecting me to logout directly
everytime i have to clear browser history and then site is allowing me to login
what is the exact problem.??

I spoke to @askforce they told to clear history and now its fine.
They did not tell Reason for the error.
