flow not updating lookup field

I wonder if you can help.

I have created a flow with 2 variables CaseID and IncidentID
In the button URL I have added the CaseID so it will allocate to the caseID variable
and when the Incident is created it puts the recordID into the IncidentID variable
I then do an update on the case to set the IncidentID variable into the lookup field but it is not updating that field. Any Ideas?

The full workflow is [cid:image005.jpg@01D24B2F.E9B19080] I have created a case variable and for the flow URL I have added the caseID to add that to the variable [cid:image006.jpg@01D24B2F.E9B19080] The record Creation is where I am storing the IncidentID to the variable below [cid:image007.jpg@01D24B2F.E9B19080] IT then is referenced in the update [cid:image008.jpg@01D24B2F.E9B19080]
