In the Trailhead - CRM Basics Navigating and Personalizing Salesforce, I am not able to check the challenge.
Selected the option - My Trailhead Playground. Account, changed the display layout. Added an activity and an event.
Still not able to check challenge.
Now the "Check Challenge" Button is disabled.

Try to refresh your browser or else log out and log in again.Still, if the problem persists reach trailhead@salesforce.com

Hi Saily,

follow these steps may help you.
Click on your Org Name-> My Settings -> Customize my Pages ->
Go to  Account Page (Click Customize Page) ->
Now You can Re-Order. 
put  Open Activities  First on the List -> Save.
