Salesforce wordpress integration

Integration is done between salesforce and wordpress(woocommerce). A webhook is there that when a product is getting updated from product list same is getting updated in salesforce i.e. webhook is working fine but now we are using WooCommerce Stock Manager plugin which is updating the values in product list at wooocommerce end but not making changes in salesforce. Can we create a webhook for this or what else needs to be done to make it functional?

If you are running an online business based on WordPress (WooCommerce), you have lots of data ( products, sales, refund, etc.) to manage this data is very complicated sometimes.
You can manage these data just connect your WordPress/WooCommerce store with Salesforce CRM and you can manage your data with ease.
For connecting WooCommerce and Salesforce you can try these plugins and Web-based services

I hope you find the above solution helpful.
Thank You.
Hi Mandeep,

You can do this via Salesforce REST APIs and WordPress hooks, or you can also deploy Apex triggers/Flows on the Salesforce side to achieve the sync job. But this is a pretty tedious process, especially if you're unable to invest the time to write, test, repair and then deploy your own solution. Thankfully plugins like this Object Data Sync for Salesforce ( exist, which do the heavy lifting for you. It'll seamlessly enable WordPress/Salesforce Sync ( for you, and also provide seamless integration with WooCommerce ( and Salesforce. Highly recommend you check it out!

Hey mandeep,

There are alternative methods to achieve this. One possibility is to utilize a custom API endpoint that monitors for changes in the WooCommerce Stock Manager plugin and updates the relevant records in Salesforce. While this approach would necessitate some custom development work, it would provide more control over how the data is updated in Salesforce.
Another alternative is to utilize a third-party integration platform like Zapier or Workato to create a workflow that automatically updates Salesforce records when changes are made in the WooCommerce Stock Manager plugin. This approach would not require any custom development work, but there may be additional costs associated with utilizing a third-party integration platform.
